This is a two part blog, where I created two styles out of one dress and a jumpsuit.
Making two garments from one dress, now that’s a saving!
Left with the underskirt part on my bridesmaids dress, I made it into a satin skirt.
Due to the original garment being made in panels, I made it into an asymmetric skirt with side panel. This gave it a nice flowing aspect.
